Paul Biya appoints 2 new Ministers

President Biya yesterday signed two decrees appointing two new the Ministers,
1-Mr Mounouna Foutsou as Minister of Youth and Civic Education.
2-Mr Christophe Eken as President of the Chamber of Commerce respectively

In the first decree Mounouna Foutsou, becomes the new Minister of Youth and Civic Education. He will also moonlight as Chairman of the Board of Ascndp (National Civic Service Agency Participation in Development) replacing Minister Ismael Pierre Bidoung Mpkwatt, former head of the Youth Department who was transferred last October 2015 to the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education.

The second presidential decree appoints Christophe Eken as President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts of Cameroon (CCIM).
