Nyaabiah Bianda to defend Mebara in the Albatross case

Mr. Joseph Nyaabiah Bianda, lawyer at the bar of Cameroon, was presented as the new lawyer of former Minister of State, Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara during the hearing on Monday, July 13, 2015.

It was a few minutes after 11:00 that the collegiality made its entry into the special criminal court room which was half full.

Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara, introduced lawyer Joseph Nyaabiah Bianda as his new counsel for the presidential Aeronef case where he stands as the accused with the late Jérôme Mendouga against the state of Cameroon.

The counsel for former SGPR, lawyer Claude Assira Engoute and Françoise Ekani, had provided their reconstitution letters to the Court during the trial on Wednesday, June 24.

In the aftermath, the president of collegiality, Mr. Richard Wanki, had asked the accused, Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara, to appoint new lawyers to assist them.
