Nkodo Dang says thanks to Senate President

The President of the Senate, Marcel Niat Njifenji has received in audience the newly-elected President of the Pan-African Parliament, Roger Nkodo Dang.

Roger Nkodo Dang who was recently elected in South Africa was received at the Senate on 4th June 2015.

During the audience, the President of the Pan-African Parliament expressed gratitude to the Senate President for the support given him during the elections in South Africa.

Talking to the press, Hon Roger Nkodo Dang hailed the Senate for the major role played during the elections. The Senate, he said, backed his candidacy at a time it was being contested by others.

He says the activities of the institution he heads should be made known to Cameroonians because it is an effective instrument in the promotion of the African Union.
