Njie, Zoua and other local players in time to join the Lions

The selection of the Indomitable Lions players was held on Wednesday, June 3 in Lisses, a suburb of Paris.

The Leonardo Da Vinci served as the selection and training grounds of the Indomitable Lions towards the preparation of the friendly match against Burkina Faso next Saturday.

According to a website, Clinton Njie (Olympique Lyonnais) and Jacques Zoua (Erciyesspor) were the first professionals to arrive at the camp.

The two international Cameroonians even took part in the dinner with other teammates before in Cameroon. They were Pierre Sylvain Abogo (Canon Yaoundé) of Dassi Ngeweni (Unisport Bafang), Guy Ankor (Cosmos Bafia) and Alexander Kombi (Union Douala), all residents of Ligue 1 in Cameroon.

The supervisors are also present at the retreat, except Alexandre Belinga, one of the Cameroonian assistants of Volker Finke.

He was appointed to oversee the scouting of the Indomitable Lions in the qualifiers for the CAN2017 in Mauritania.
