Ngwane awarded Rotary Peace Fellowship 2015

A letter from Rebecca Holloway, Rotary Peace Centers Coordinator, Programs and Grants in Thailand to George Ngwane stipulates that the Peace Activist, writer and pan-Africanist, and non-Rotarian, Mwalimu George Ngwane has been selected to receive a 2015 Rotary Peace Fellowship for studies as part of the Rotary Peace Centers program.

Ngwane has been assigned to the Rotary Peace Center at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, to attend the January 2015 session. The required academic period will occur 7 January to 27 March 2015 with fellowship provided housing available 4 January to 31 March 2015.

It should be recalled that Ngwane was selected for a Chevening Fellowship in 2010 to study Conflict Prevention and Resolution in the University of York (UK).

He is author of many publications including the seminal book “Settling Disputes in Africa”, Chairman of the National Book Development Council, Cameroon, Executive Director of AFRICAphonie.

Good Day George Ngwane,

On behalf of the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation, we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to receive a 2015 Rotary Peace Fellowship for studies as part of the Rotary Peace Centers program.
