New Camair Co CEO to start work June 25

A Director of Camair Co, Frederic Mbotto Edimo who doubles as a civil aviation entrepreneur has been chosen by the Board of Directors of the company as the new chief Executive Officer on Friday.

The Board of Directors of Camair-co held a special session on Friday morning in Yaounde chaired by its head, Edouard Akame Mfoumou in the presence of the Minister of Transport, Robert Nkili.

The meeting ended with Jean Paul Sandjo Nana designated as the new CEO of the company.

The Engineer of Arts and Crafts and former representative of the ASECNA Cameroon, will spend a year in the top management of the company.

He was first an assistant before taking over from the Dutch CEO.

The new CEO of Camair Co is also active in the political field. He is in his second term as the head of the municipality of Bazou in the Nde constituency.

In addition, Jean Paul Nana Sandjo is married to musician Grace Decca.

The national air transportation for Cameroon has recorded its fourth CEO, only three years after its maiden flight.
