New CRTV management team installed

The new Director General of the Cameroon Radio Television – CRTV, Charles Ndongo and the Deputy Director General Emmanuel Wongibe have been installed into their functions.

They were installed by the Minister of Communication, Board Chair of the CRTV, Issa Tchiroma Bakary. Several Government Ministers, dignitaries and a cross section of CRTV staff.

The board chair in his installation address called on the management team to ensure the new Director General of the Cameroon Radio Television – CRTV to ensure the strict respect of the editorial policy of the corporation.

Charles Ndongo in his first address to the staff in his capacity of Director General thanked God and the Head of State for his promotion that came barely two months before he was due for retirement. He also saluted the support of CRTV workers, who have worked with him for the past 35 years in the corporation.

The new Director General noted that he is going to work with all in staff irrespective of ethnicity, social status or sentiments. He urged the staff to be innovative, inventive and productive so that his success story at the CRTV becomes an impeccable one.
