National Assembly: 70 recognised with medals

Seventy personnel of the National Assembly have received medals of the National Order of Valour and labour medals.

This was during the ceremony to present New Year Wishes to the House Speaker, Hon Cavaye Yeguie Djibril on Tuesday, December 5, 2016.

During the ceremony, the Clerk of the Assembly, Victor Yene Ossomba, expatiated on the strides made in parliamentary diplomacy in 2015.

He also disclosed projects earmarked for 2016, which will be geared at modernising the Assembly.
