Minette Libom Likeng Li wins women's leadership prize

The Agency for the Development of Excellence and Quality in Education and Training (ADEQ), rewarded Cameroonians in several categories on November 28.

Mrs. Minette Libom Lii Likeng has won the women's leadership prize at the Hilton Hotel in Yaounde.


In terms of models for the youth category, heading curriculum, literary and political, Prof. Jacques Fame Ndongo was rewarded. While Dr. Eric Mathias Owona Nguini pulled the award for opinion leader, Evelyne Mpoundi Ngolle won the educational path and literary award. For theatrical promotion, Ambara Martin was honored and Roger Milla, in the sporting icon section.

The media men

Editor of the daily newspaper Cameroon government capital, Marie-Claire Nnana, was awarded an exceptional journalistic career of glory. She was awarded alongside Jean Lambert Nang, Patrice Etoundi Mballa, and Charles Ndongo.

The group was presented as the best Trivia media group. Other categories honored during this Sief gala evening included Armand Claude Abanda who won the crown of the Patriotic entrepreneurship.

As stated by Dr. Jacques Etoundi Ateba, the ADEQ, is the labeling of the Cameroonian education. Concretely, said the lecturer of the University of Yaounde I, "it comes to promoting the integration of the excellence and quality in the educational, vocational training and work in order to participate alongside government for the sustainable development of Africa in general and Cameroon in particular."

It is always said that to succeed in life in whatever you do, you need ethics and morality in every way to do this. One who better understood the saying was Dr. Jacques Etoundi Ateba, didactics, pedagogical engineer, International Exhibition promoter of education and training (Sief), lecturer in education sciences at the University of Yaounde I.

About Dr. Jacques Etoundi, Sief promoter

He is a specialist in educational sciences and training, professor of teacher training colleges. Mr. Etoundi Ateba has a PhD in Didactic disciplines and further training in schools and universities added to coaching in human resources management. Pedagogical engineer in his own words, Dr. Jacques Etoundi Ateba held the 4th edition of the Sief last July in Yaounde.
