After installing commanders of the 3rd and 4th Joint Military Regions in Garoua and Maroua, Mindef, Edgard Alain Mebe Ngo'o, said in a review interview that the head of state, at the moment, has eyes fixed on unscrupulous commanders who take premiums belonging to soldiers.
