Mbouda: 40 year old man accused of raping a 4-year-old girl

A 40-year-old trader, operating in the capital of Bamboutos Division, has been accused of raping a 4-year-old girl.

The crime by Tagne was said to have been committed on Tuesday afternoon, October, 13. According to our sources, the girl found herself alone at her home when she got back from school. She lived with her parents at Lebi neighborhood.

Suddenly, rain began to fall and Tagne took shelter on the veranda, where the girl was. That was when he took advantage of the situation and defiled the little girl. Upon their return, the girl's parents were terrified by the revelations of the latter.

She detailed the whole story to her parents and perfectly described her tormentor. After a search, Tagne was arrested on Wednesday, October 14, 2015.

He could not deny the allegations directed at him. The family of the victim refused to open up to the press but revealed that negotiations are underway for an amicable settlement.
