Liberian President applauds Cameroon on 43rd Nat'l Day

President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has sent a message of congratulations to the Government and People of Cameroon on the occasion commemorating its 43rd National Day Anniversary.

In her message to President Paul Biya, President Sirleaf on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, and in her own name, extended heartiest congratulations and best wishes to President Biya, and the Government and People of Cameroon.

According to a Ministry of Foreign Affairs release, President Sirleaf said it is her sincere wish that the bonds of friendship so happily subsisting between Cameroon and Liberia will be further strengthened in the spirit of African solidarity, international peace and security and for the mutual benefits of their respective countries.

She hoped the people of Cameroon will continue to enjoy the blessings of peace, national cohesion and economic growth.
