Joseph Antoine Bell gives lessons to Togolese

The chairman of the Standardization Committee of the Togolese football federation, Antoine Folly, blasted the means by Serge Akakpo and teammates to uncover the problems that undermine their national team.

"We had a long talk about this letter. Firstly what we have said is that we could have proceeded otherwise. This letter could have been addressed to the Standards Committee as a request for an explanation and we gave explanations to reassure the players and supporters. We must not give the impression that there is a crisis when there is none .The standardization committee has not created any problem, we inherited the problems and we are trying to bring solutions."

Received this afternoon on Radio France Internationale (RFI) on the "Foot Radio International" program, the former Cameroon international who is also a consultant, has not been kind to the standards committee.

He estimated that the president, Antoine Folly, acted as a teacher who gave lessons to his students (players) and that for him "when you cancel a friendly match, there is actually a crisis."
