It is not the work of Afrique Media to attack individuals- Tchiroma

The Minister of Communication, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, has stated that it is not the duty of Afrique Media to attack individuals, during an interview on the national radio, CRTV, on August 12, 2015.

After failing to close down Afrique Media on Monday in Douala, the authorities finally managed to apply its closures. The shutting down exercise of the premises of the "Pan African television" in Douala finally occurred five days after the closure of the Yaoundé offices.

For the Minister of Communication, "Afrique Media, whose objective is to entertain and educate, signed a requirement and is obliged to respect the ethics and deontology of the profession but cannot go back and bend the rules of the media profession."
