Guy Lobe is no more

Cameroonian ace musician Guy Lobe has been reported dead at the Yaoundé General Hospital after a brief illness our source revealed.

Four years ago, he was so sick that it was rumoured that he is dead, but the news was dispelled by his friend, Sergeo Polo. The author of tracks "Dieudonné", "Solitude" or "Oya Yo" at the time was hospitalized at the centre hospitalier de la Pitié Salpêtrière in Paris, France.

The Cameroonian musician who has lived in France for many years returned to Cameroon a few weeks ago to promote his latest album.

While in Cameroon, he was taken ill but was pronounced dead shortly after admission at the hospital.
