Guillaume Soro snubs journalists

After the diplomatic exchange, Soro refused to respond to questions from the press.

Journalists who approached him for interviews were devastated when turned down. He sarcastically replied to the curious pressmen “anybody who wants to ask me questions should come to my hotel”.

The heavily guarded guest of honour simply moved to his car and the convoy drove off.

Confidential sources told this reporter that prior to the talk; students of IRIC had been asked to submit their questions to the authorities by noon.

They were further cautioned on behavioural approach and prohibited from asking questions relating to his personal life.

Speculations there have it that Guillaume was responding to pre-prepared questions.

Observers hold that these actions were in a bid to prevent a replay of the scene that happened at the National Assembly as SDF Parliamentarians walked out on him when he was introduced by his Cameroonian counterpart.
