A group of twenty French soldiers of the Operational Training Detachment is in Ngaoundere in northern Cameroon until October 17 to train Cameroonian special units involved in the fight against Boko Haram.
Simultaneously, forty Cameroonian military forces are in Libreville, Gabon for internship training in the areas of battalion command and combat endurance. These courses are part of the framework of the Agreement of May 21, 2009 establishing a partnership between Cameroon and France.
