A double suicide bombing killed at least nine people on Sunday morning in the town of ??Mora, in the Far North region of Cameroon. The attack is allegedly perpetrated by the Islamist terror group Boko Haram.

According to a security source and a local official, two female suicide bombers who carried out the attack had explosives which for some time attracted the attention of Cameroonian and Nigerian security services.

On several occasions, grenades from French cluster "Beluga" ammunitions were found on people designated for suicide operations.

Last week, the Nigerian army alerted that their engineering experts had found bombs in areas affected by Boko Haram in the region of the state of Adamawa.

The serial numbers, according to investigation by RFI, showed they were manufactured by French company Matra, which in the early 80s provided Nigeria with bombs and Beluga ammunition.
