France condemns acts of terrorism in Cameroon

The French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned all acts of terrorism being perpetrated by Boko Haram in Cameroon.

According to a January 13, 2015 communiqué published on diplomatie.gouve.fr, President François Hollande’s country “firmly condemns terrorist incursions in Far North Cameroon.”

The statement also “hails the commitment of Cameroonian authorities and military to combat this barbarism. We express our solidarity to Cameroonian authorities and those of the region, especially in the Lake Chad Basin.”
