France advises citizens against travel to the North

As a result of the kidnappings in the far North region, since February 19, 2013 and the fighting going between the security forces and Boko Haram (which has, moreover, laid antipersonnel mines), all French citizens still present in this area have been asked to leave as soon as possible.
