Environmental Education: Kindergartens join the chorus

The Yaounde Conference Centre hosted on Wednesday the second International Congress of kindergartens. About 700 Cameroonian and European delegates participated in the workshop under the theme "Environmental education, a necessity from nursery school."

For three days, they will reflect on the question of urgency and relevance of education to the environment. The conferences and communications on ten subjects will be led by French and Cameroonian experts.

The second International Congress of kindergartens in Yaoundé is being after ten years since the first one. It is organized by the Cameroon Association for the Promotion of the kindergarten (Acappem) in partnership with the Ministry of Basic Education.
