ELECAM: Newly appointed staff take office

The Director General of Elections Cameroon (ELECAM), Abdoulaye Babale has installed into function some 25 officials of the Directorate General of the institution.

The officials appointed on 29th September 2015 were installed this 21st October 2015 in a ceremony in Yaounde.

During the event, the ELECAM boss exhorted the newly installed to work hard so as to meet up with the missions of the institution.

On the occasion, Abdoulaye Babale disclosed with satisfaction that ELECAM has surpassed its voter registration target for 2015 by 44 per cent.

A total of three Heads of Division and 22 Heads of Unit were installed during the ceremony.
