Crows behind blackout during Biya’s speech- Energy Minister

A peculiar information signed by the Minister of Water and Energy, Basile Atangana Kouna, has blamed crows for the blackout which interrupted President Biya's speech.

"The giant blackout observed in Yaounde and its environs on December 31, 2015, while Paul Biya’s speech was broadcasted to the nation, was caused by the nests of crows," the statement read.
