Cavaye Djibril grants audience to French amb. in CMR

Christine Robichon was received for hearing on Wednesday by Cavaye Yeguié Djibril. The human situation of the people in Extreme-North is disturbing, be it Cameroonians or Nigerian refugee, the inhabitants of this part of Cameroon have problems because of the recent insurgency.

Christine Robichon, ambassador of France in Cameroon, expressing herself at the end of the audience of Wednesday with Cavaye Yeguié Djibril, indicated to have visited to bring her information up to date on the state of affairs to the president of the French National Assembly.

According to the French diplomat, the testimony made by Very honourable Cavaye Yeguié Djibril underlines "a life of the populations disturbed in the Far North" Christine Robichon thus promised to relay this information to the French government so that measures of humane assistance are reinforced.

France brings support to the people in distress, through the world food Program (WFP) and the international Federation of the Cross-red. Gifts which were also intended to the Central African refugees, pointed out to Christine Robichon.

In the plan of the co-operation between the institutions of Cameroon and France, a project of "high level" visit is under development between the members of the French National Assembly and that of Cameroon.
