“My visit to PAN the day the Brazilian Minister of External Relations in Cameroon paid a visit was a happy coincidence. It was envisaged since my arrival, but the cycle of my many visits was very extensive. It came at the right time where many hopes are based on cooperation between the two after I was welcomed by President of the National Assembly,” Nei Bitencourt Futuro, ambassador of the Federal Republic of Brazil to Cameroon, said happily.

With Cavayé Yéguié Djibril, the diplomat continued, "I made a report on the level of growth in my country. There are important changes in the economy and I spoke at length during the hearing."

The climatic situation, terrorism in the Far North has also been the subject of trade between the two hosts. Brazil has, in the past, sent food to the displaced people of the region and the ambassador reiterated his country's solidarity with Cameroon's place in terms of Boko Haram attacks.

Before Nei Bitencourt Futuro, Cavayé Yéguié Djibril had received Omer Faruk Dogan, Turkish Ambassador at end of his stay. His visit was to bid farewell. The diplomat spoke on the good things about Cameroon where he stayed during his three years of residence. He asserted and appreciated the cultural diversity. He is also attracted by its economic wealth, the large capacity of tolerance and work of Cameroonians.

Omer Faruk Dogan was pleased that Turkey has become a major partner of Cameroon. He is convinced that the country will overcome terrorism that threatens to slow its development in the Far North.
