Cameroon condoles France on Charlie Hebdo Massacre

The Minister of External Relations, Pierre Moukoko Mbonjo has signed the condolence book, sympathising with the French government over the loss of the 17 Nationals killed by terrorists last week.

It was a solemn afternoon at the French Embassy on Tuesday, 13th January 2014 as the French Ambassador to Cameroon; Christine Robichon received Minister Pierre Moukoko Mbonjo.

The MINREX boss signed the book on behalf of Cameroon’s Head of State Paul Biya.

President Paul Biya, it should be recalled, had earlier expressed his condolences to the French Head of State in a personal message last week.

The signing ceremony in memory of those killed by the terrorist attack on the weekly magazine ‘Charlie Hebdo’, was brief and over within twenty minutes.
