CONSUPE minister accused of plagiarism

In Cameroon, justice could be called to settle the dispute between the delegate Minister to the Presidency of the Republic, in charge of State control, and a PhD holder in law, also a student-magistrate at the National School of administration and Magistracy (Enam).

Indeed, the Minister Henri Eyebe Ayissi and the student Eric Samuel Koua are both authors of the book titled, ‘La protection de la fortune publique au Cameroun’.

It is not excluded that by coincidence, two researchers worked on the same subject and adopted similar reasoning, explains Mathias Eric Owona Nguini.

However, the track of plagiarism is not to be evacuated, according to specialist and teacher of copyright, Christophe Seuna, pointing out issue of similarities in title and thus has to be addressed appropriately.
