CICC announces the 2015 edition of the International Cocoa Festival

The 2015 edition of the International Festival of the Cameroonian cocoa ( Festicacao ) will take place from December 3 to 5, 2015 in certain production areas of the country, announced the Interprofessional Council of Cocoa and Coffee (CICC ) in its report, “synopsis of the cocoa season 2014-2015.”

According to reliable sources, Festicacao 2015 will revolve around the general theme “Women in cocoa”, a way to make acknowledge both the contribution of the ‘fairer’ sex in the development of the cocoa economy in Cameroon and to advocate recognition of the major role they often play.

The 2015 edition of the Cameroonian cocoa festival will also be an opportunity to promote local processing of beans, announced the CICC and consumption derived from this annuity product.
