Brutality: Joe La Conscience beaten by police in Loum

Joe La Conscience bruised Joe La Conscience bruised

Dear friends and brothers, I am Mrs. Joe La Consciousness. It is with a heartfelt pain to announce that the fighter, Joe la Consciousness, was brutally beaten by the police at the Loum Police Station.

While on his way, at the invitation of Officer Ndutu Ngando for a case he sent for some days, the boxer had the unpleasant surprise when he saw four policemen seriously beating two young teenagers aged just 15 years and were handcuffed.

Having asked the reason for this treatment, he was told that the children had tried to escape while they caught up with them in Mbanga. For about 10 minutes during the agony, Joe silently observed what was happening at a distance. The angry rangers, with truncheons in their hands, continued to hit the alleged suspects.

Joe who could not bear the scene any longer asked the police to stop and that they were only children. At one point, the madmen stopped. But a second group of police arrived and took over. The children were pushed against the wall and after came some blows on their ribs, heads and other parts of their bodies.

Meanwhile, Joe kept screaming in rage and that was when two of the soldiers came upon him in an attempt to kill him. They argued that he was no one to tell them how to do their job.

I appeal to the International authorities about another case of blatant torture practiced by men dressed in uniform in Cameroon.

And as if that was not enough, the Acting Commissioner, Mek Adevant, had the courage to send policemen to summon Joe who was regaining consciousness this morning.

He issued an open investigation against him for interfering in the arrest of two troublemakers which is absolutely not true.

Meanwhile the names of the police officers in question have been submitted. Click on photos to see the bruised La Conscience.
