BICEC officials detained at Douala New Bell Prison

The former Deputy GM of BICEC BANK and colleagues namely, Ondoua Nkou,Ondoua Mbongue, Nyamsi Martin, Ekoko Benoit are said to have allegedly embezzled some (50) fifty billion frs CFA. The Central African financial watchdog COBAC had discovered the theft after investigations.
