An alleged execution video by Cameroonian army raises eyebrows

A video of an alleged Boko Haram terrorist, who had his toes chopped with a machete before being executed by some Cameroonians in military uniform, has been circulating on social networks in recent days.

In this 22 seconds video of which France 24 broadcasted only screenshots, a shirtless man could be spotted sitting on the floor and had his face covered with a cloth. He was barefooted. About a meter away from him was a man dressed in a military uniform with a machete in his hand.

A third person, who was off the screen, then said, "Wait, wait again." Seconds later, the man in the military uniform began to chop off the right toes of the captured man with his machete. He reacted out of pain and shock.

The supposed military man then moved away and joined other individuals who were wore similar clothing. Different commands could be heard: "Go, bomb", "load" and "start the fire." The prisoner was then riddled with bullets and collapses before disappearing in a cloud of smoke. Then the video stopped.
