African Games 2015: Lionesses’ technical officials cut down

Indomitable Lionesses have had the number of administrative officials cut down for the XI Africa Games in Congo in September.

Team Manager, Francis Albert Dicka; Team Press Officer, Bongeben Leocadia; and Security Team, Vianey Kakamou Rose, will not be in the den of the Lionesses in Brazzaville for budgetary reasons.

"We learnt that the Ministry has not accredited them. They said that resources are limited and we cannot take care of everybody," a source at the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) told Camfoot. Therefore, some of the officials did not joined Enow Ngachu’s group for training since August 11 at Députés Hotel in Yaoundé.

The 30 players selected by the national coach are in serious preparation with the absence of some professionals.

The coach may nevertheless, rely on the presence of Madeleine Mani Ngono, Falone Meffomettou, Annette Ngo Ndom and Christine Manie as they train to overcome Ghana, Egypt and South Africa in Pool A.
