AUF President Bernard Cerquiglini praises Cameroon

The head of the Francophonie University Agency (AUF) Bernard Cerquilglini, has hailed the government of Cameroon for assisting his association.

In a meeting with the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with the Islamic World Adoum Gargoum, on the 21st of September 2014, Mr Cerquiglini praised the government of Cameroon for its intellectual and financial assistance to the AUF through their partnership.

The Francophonie Agency head disclosed that AUF’s objective is to promote and support the development of new skills through quality and diverse training models as well as promote research and governance amongst member institutions.

Mr Cerquiglini also mentioned that his visit to Cameroon was aimed at signing framework partnership agreements with other French Speaking universities.

AUF is present in all continents with more than 427 staff in four countries attached to 68 regional offices.
