50th National Youth Day: First preparatory meeting held

The Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education, Mounouna Foutsou has chaired the first preparatory meeting ahead of the commemoration of the 50th National Youth Day on February 11, 2016.

During the meeting on November 25, 2015, the Minister highlighted the importance of next year’s celebration.

Suggestions from today’s session include the following:

i. The selection of a fabric ahead of the celebration

ii. The creation of an anthem for the youth

iii. The construction of a monument

Staff of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education and partner organisations took part in the preparatory meeting.
