This was her first time on Cameroonian soil for the finale of the 2015 Miss Cameroon pageant.

Flora Coquerel, Miss France 2014, dazzled with her presence at the ceremony which took place at the Congress Palace in Yaoundé on Saturday.

On Sunday after the contest, the young woman was spotted looking relaxed in a tank top and a pair of tennis shorts, away from evening dresses and luxury accessories at the Yaoundé Nsimalen airport for her trip to Paris.

According to Cameroon Tribune (CT), despite being casual, she appeared in her sash to maintain her posture.

A few hours before her flight, the 21 year old Miss France took some time off to talk to Cameroon Tribune.

Her smile was contagious with joyful expressions. After all, she was home or close to home as her mother’s country, Benin, was where she spent most of her childhood. The African origin of the young lady came up from her remarks and her simplicity.

Born in Seine-Maritime, Flora Coquerel was crowned Miss Orléanais on October 6, 2013. And on December 7 of that year, she grabbed the supreme title of Miss France.

It was a historic event because it was the first time a Miss Orléanais received the national crown. Flora Coquerel also informed CT about her mandate, charities and other projects.
