Yaoundé prepares to host SIMAC

The International Fair for Agricultural Mechanization in Cameroon (SIMAC) will, for the first time, be held in Cameroon at the Conference Hall in Yaoundé from December 15 to 20, 2015.

The five-day event was announced on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in Ebolowa, Southern Cameroon.

SIMAC is organized for producers, processors and agro pasturers from the South to advance their knowledge and skills

As such, the Coordinator of SIMAC, Elisar Volbert Mbang Ekoutou, also certified that "production of the southern region is still rudimentary. And so, the competitiveness of Cameroonian products will go through a modernization of national production and by mechanization.
