Saint John Plazza to be auctioned on September 17

The Wouri Court of First Instance will host the auction sales one of the most prominent venues in the Cameroonian economic capital, Saint John Plazza, on September 17, 2015.

The release of the housing complex, bearing on sale foreclosure, was issued by Michel Vouckeng’s law firm.

This operation will be carried out under the management of Union Bank of Cameroon (UBC), as part of a debt not paid by the owner of this property, Grégoire Piwélé, sources revealed. The debt dates back to the year 2003, according to the sales notice.

The set price of this complex is set at 800 million FCFA. Public auction will be presented before the bar by any bidder himself or duly represented by multiple of two million FCFA, précised Me Vouckeng.
