USA-D2: Goal scorer and assist, Eloundou injured

On loan in Colorado Springs a few weeks ago from Colorado Rapids (MLS), Charles Eloundou is a rising star in United Soccer League (USL), the US second division championship.

The 20-year-old struck, for the second time in a row ,in his second game with Springs, traveling in the Saturday night in Oklahoma City against Switchbacks Energy on the 27th day of the Western Conference match (3 -3).

While his team was doubly led to the score before the quarter hour mark, Eloundou reduced tally in favour of the Springs before the end of the first period (33). He had scored his second goal in two games for his new club.

The former player of Unisport of Bafang has also issued his first decisive pass which served to reduce the score through Hoffman (3-2) after 71 minutes of play. The same Hoffman restores balance in stoppage time through a penalty (93rd). However, Eloundou had already returned to the bench after an injury on his the ankle.
