Brasseries du Cameroun makes a profit of 24.7 billion CFA francs in 2014

Brasseries du Cameroun, listed on the Paris stock exchange, earned a profit of 24.7 billion Cfa francs during last year which ended December 31, 2014, announced the brewery company in a press release which carries a note convening the Board of Directors scheduled for June 25, 2015 in Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon.

With this performance which slightly went down from the 26.9 billion francs Cfa from 2013, the leading company on the market of beer in Cameroon proposes, revealed the release above, to distribute a whole dividend of slightly more than 20 billion francs Cfa to its shareholders, representing 3500 Cfa francs per share.

Thus, shareholders residing in France should receive after payment of taxes, the sum of 2975 Cfa francs per share, against 2923 Cfa francs per share for shareholders resident out of the French territory.

As a reminder, the anonymous company of the Brasseries du Cameroun is controlled by the french Castel group, which also holds assets in the brewing sector in Gabon, Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso.
